Orchard Pond has three wonderfully comfortable guest bedrooms which all have their own private bathroom. Each has been individually designed and furnished to provide welcoming B&B accommodation with a personal touch. All the bedrooms have a flat-screen television and free wi-fi access, and we have a wide choice of DVDs. You’ll find everything you need to make tea and fresh coffee, along with fresh milk and homemade biscuits.

Bedroom One

With a double bed and a small sofa-bed, this is a lovely spacious room with views overlooking the garden. It has its own adjacent private bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and lavatory.
Bedroom Two

This has a comfortable double bed and a stylish en-suite shower room, with a large walk-in shower, lavatory and washbasin.
Bedroom Three

This spacious ground-floor bedroom has a wrought-iron double bed and its own large private bathroom just across the hall, with a bath, shower, lavatory and washbasin.
Sitting-room

We want you to feel really at home, so we usually offer you the use of the south-facing sitting room: this overlooks the secluded front garden, and has a cosy log fire in winter. At present, the room is temporarily unavailable, but we will be restoring it for our guests' use in due course.
Rates
Guide Price - Doubles: £105 - £110 per night, including breakfast.
Air show weekends - £120 per night, packed breakfast only, no single occupancy rates, and a maximum of 2 people per room.
We also offer single rates, last-minute rates, and special rates for longer-stay business guests working in the area. Just give us a call for the details.
We are happy to be paid by card, cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
Check-in is usually between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm, although we'll do our best to be flexible. You’re also welcome to drop off luggage and collect keys earlier if that suits you.
Check-out and key return are by 10.15 am: again, we’ll do our best to help if you need some flexibility.
If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made, save at the owner's discretion.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged, save at the owner's discretion.
