For the comfort of all our guests we are a non-smoking house, although guests are welcome to smoke outside in the gardens.

To confirm your booking and secure the room, a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required in advance. This can be paid by PayPal, bank transfer (details on request) or card. Balance is to be paid on check-in or during stay.

Damages or theft of property are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion. Although every precaution is taken to provide for the security and comfort of our guests, guests are responsible for their own property and person. Any loss, damage, theft or accident should be reported immediately.

The person or persons making the booking are jointly and severally liable in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herewith.

The above terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the booking is made.

If the booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made, save at the owner's discretion.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged, save at the owner's discretion.
